Our full kitchen deep cleaning service, uses the hygienic cleaning power of steam, along with other tried and tested methods of grease and dirt eradication. Our aim is to ensure a high standard of hygiene, whilst creating a neutral environment free of bacteria to comply with relevant legislation standards.

With the use of our top of the range equipment we can implement our four stages of deep cleaning:
- We strip all appliances back to basics.
- We then apply our cleaning formula to all affected surfaces and equipment to alleviate dirt and grease.
- Then we use steam and pressure power of up to 180 degrees, from our specialist equipment to kill and remove bacteria and dirt.
- Finally, we reconstruct, polish and sanitise all equipment and work surfaces ready to produce and prepare food of the highest quality.
On completion a report shall be issued with an overview of the systems cleaned. Pre and post cleaning photographic records and measurements, including COSHH data on any chemicals used. A sketch or schematic of the system indicating access panel and testing locations which clearly highlight any un-cleaned/inaccessible areas with an explanation as to why the area could not be accessed/cleaned. We will also issue a certificate summarising the cleaning works completed.
